Role description

Mandatory Qualifications:

9+ years of experience

in Java development and the Spring Framework. Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, JUnit, and AWS. Hands-on experience implementing microservices architecture to improve system scalability and performance. Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in defining, designing, and delivering new features. Active participation in architectural decision-making and strategic technical direction. Expertise in building RESTful APIs to enable efficient communication between services. Experience managing and deploying applications using containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. Commitment to ensuring high code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews and automated testing. Willingness to participate in a team on-call rotation every 4 to 6 weeks. Collaboration with frontend teams to support and enhance user-facing applications.
