Role Proficiency:
Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.
Outcomes: * Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  • Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.
  • Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts
  • Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction
  • Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
  • Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Oracle Recruitment Cloud Expert for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (Recruiting Cloud) solutions. Act as a subject matter expert (SME), translating business requirements into practical, cloud-based solutions that optimize talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities: o Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Recruiting Cloud modules, ensuring they align with organizational goals. o Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. o Implementation & Support:Provide expert support during implementation, user training, UAT, and post-go-live support. o Troubleshooting & Optimization:Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, participate in release management, system upgrades, and patch testing. o Integration & Customization:Support integrations with third-party applications and customize the Recruiting Cloud application. o Data Migration & Management:Utilize Human Resource Data Load (HDL) templates for effective data migration. o Process Improvement:Work with stakeholders to optimize project performance and business processes. o Knowledge Sharing & Training:Conduct user training and UAT sessions, and provide training materials. o Stay Updated:Keep abreast of Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates and best practices.
