We are seeking a highly skilled

Sprinklr Technical Analyst

to manage our global Social Media Management platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Sprinklr Advertising, Social, and Marketing modules, with strong familiarity in Social Listening from an administrative and technical perspective. This role primarily focuses on Ads, followed by Social and Marketing, effectively acting as a Social Media IT/Operations/Admin specialist.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sprinklr software technology delivery. At least 5+ years of experience in the social media landscape, including platforms like Radian6, TweetDeck, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc., social listening, and customer experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration.
