Role description

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

Architect and deploy applications on Cloud platforms (GCP preferred), leveraging containerization and orchestration tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce CI/CD practices, and ensure application performance and security.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis using monitoring tools.

Maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices in software development.

Mandatory Skills

Java (Core Java, OOP principles, multithreading)

Spring Boot (RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture)

Next.js and React.js (Front-end development)

Cloud Platforms (preferred GCP) with experience in deployment and scaling

Preferred Skills

Experience in retail domain

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
