Job Title: Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer (715 years) with strong hands-on experience in backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular/React) development. The ideal candidate will work on critical Legal Technology platforms in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to development, architecture, testing, and CI/CD processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership qualities are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the firms Legal Technology platforms using Java and modern frontend technologies.
Design and implement business solutions in Agile squads, actively participating in ceremonies.
Contribute to code reviews, unit test development, and automation.
Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate with internal systems, and follow best coding practices.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
Ensure compliance with internal SDLC, Tech & Data policies, and quality standards.
Continuously upgrade skills and adopt emerging technologies relevant to the role.
Required Skills:
715 years of full-stack development experience.
Strong backend development with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
Frontend experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with JUnit, Git/GitHub, Unix/Linux, and Shell scripting.
Good understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and coding best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Familiarity with XML-based technologies, Python/Perl scripting, and batch/streaming applications.
Knowledge of Azure SQL, cloud services, or containerization is a plus.

Required Skills Bachelors+ in Computer Science or a related field. Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate) for backend development. Proficient in frontend technologies, including JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) and responsive design practices (HTML, CSS). Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). 7+ years of hands-on experience on Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular, TypeScript and JUnit. Should be able to write optimized, efficient, and clean code. Strong Object-Oriented Programming and Design Pattern concepts with practical experiencing of leveraging the same during development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate should be able to design and then implement solutions. Team player with strong attitude and work ethics. Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate is expected to work with global teams and hence should be clear in both verbal and written communication. Write unit tests that exercise all major logic components of the code. Hands on expertise in implementing HTTP/HTTPS and REST interfaces and services. Git/Git Hub Relational Database and SQL knowledge DB2/PostgreSQL/Oracle/Azure SQL Linux, Unix, Shell Scripting. Desired Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Spring/Hibernate.
