:About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics professional to lead and manage our TM1 application landscape. This role encompasses the full lifecycle of the TM1 environmentxe2x80x94from upgrades and monitoring to configuration, performance tuning, and strategic collaboration with IT teams. As the go-to expert, you will oversee all enhancements and ensure alignment with enterprise goals, maintaining system integrity, efficiency, and scalability.

• Experience:

• 7+years and above of experience
• 5+ years of hands-on expertise with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) / Cognos
• 2+ years working with SQL databases and query writing
• Ability to build, guide, coach and sustain a team of TM1 / IBM ANALYTICS experts/resources

• Technical Proficiency:

• Deep knowledge of TM1 architecture and configuration
• Strong grasp of TM1 development concepts and best practices

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution, active listening, and time management skills
• Self-driven with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset

• Preferred:

• Certification in IBM Planning Analytics or related IBM Analytics tools
