Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead
Hiring Location:

Experience Range:

• Total IT Experience: Minimum 7+ years
• Salesforce CRM Development: Minimum 5 years
• Multi-platform Development: Required
• Cloud Platforms (Salesforce CRM & AWS): Required

Must Have Skills:
Salesforce Development & Architecture:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including:

• Configuration, customization, and development
• Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce
• Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
• Experience developing technical solutions to support sales and marketing functions within Salesforce
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Application & Integration Development:

• Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Experience in middleware platforms: WebSphere Liberty, Undertow
• RESTful API development & integration expertise using Apigee, Informatica, etc.
• Familiarity with distributed microservices architecture

Cloud Platforms & DevOps:

• Working knowledge of AWS services
• Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure tools and practices:

• Key Vaults, Active Directory, Google App Engine (GAE)
• CI/CD tools and DevOps environments:

• Bamboo, UDeploy, Jira, OpenShift, Kubernetes

Good to Have Skills:

• Front-end frameworks like Angular or React
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle and Snowflake
• Working knowledge of ETL pipelines and data integration tools
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)
• Experience documenting technical architecture, deployment runbooks, and incident reports
• Prior experience in healthcare domain projects and frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered solutions within CRM tools is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, multi-platform solutions, primarily within the Salesforce CRM ecosystem
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance web product presence and streamline the member experience
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure successful unit, system, and integration testing in alignment with test plans and deployment goals
• Support enterprise-wide data planning, system design, and architecture definition
• Conduct code reviews, lead design sessions, and guide technical decision-making
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and lead small to mid-sized projects
• Document deployment processes, troubleshooting steps, and architectural designs
• Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project teams
• Stay current with industry best practices, Salesforce platform updates, and emerging technologies
