Job Title: SAP Security Senior Consultant
Location: Any UST India Location
Experience: 7-9 Years
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2023 security and end-to-end role design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Greenfield implementations, SAP on-premise and cloud security, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and secure business operations.
Lead and execute SAP Security design and implementation for SAP S/4HANA 2023 systems.
Perform role design, build, testing, and deployment using granular authorization concepts.
Design and manage SAP Fiori security roles, including catalogs, groups, spaces, and pages.
Manage audit and compliance activities, supporting internal and external audits.
Design and maintain Business Roles aligned with enterprise security standards.
Configure and support SAP HCM Security roles.
Implement and support security roles across SAP cloud and hybrid platforms, including:
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
SAP Ariba
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Support SAP GRC Access Control, including role management, risk analysis, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) mitigation.
Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior SAP Security consultants.
Support system upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security.
Minimum 2 Greenfield SAP implementation experiences.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2023 Security.
Hands-on experience with:
SAP Role & Authorization Design
SAP Fiori Security
Audit Management
SAP HCM Security
SAP GRC Access Control
Exposure to cloud-based SAP application security.
Strong understanding of business process-driven role design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
SAP Security Certification
Experience working in hybrid SAP landscapes
Exposure to automation tools for access provisioning
