Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, governor limits, and performance tuning
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and version control (Git, CI/CD practices)
Salesforce Field Service (FSL):
Expert-level understanding of FSL data model, object relationships, and lifecycle of Work Orders, Service Appointments, etc.
Proven experience customizing the FSL Mobile App including:
Offline data priming
Custom LWC components
Tailored mobile experiences for field technicians
Strong technical knowledge of FSL scheduling & optimization engine
Experience with FSL Dispatcher Console, optimization jobs, and mobile data sync
Leadership & Team Management:
Experience leading Salesforce development teams and mentoring junior developers
Ability to review code, enforce best practices, and manage technical delivery
Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional engagement (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
Integration & DevOps:
Solid experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware
Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or similar

Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
Design and develop solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including advanced customization using Apex and LWC
Build offline-first solutions for the FSL Mobile App, optimizing performance and usability
Troubleshoot complex issues related to FSL scheduling, optimization, and mobile synchronization
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and BAs to translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide technical mentorship, review code, and ensure quality and compliance with Salesforce best practices
Lead efforts across Salesforce Clouds - Sales, Service, Experience
Manage integration efforts with external systems via APIs and middleware
Drive agile development cycles, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancement strategies
Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions
Act as a point of contact for offshore/onshore coordination and stakeholder communication
