Seeking a skilled Product Owner with a strong background in software development, Agile delivery, and product leadership. This role involves working at the intersection of technology and business to deliver impactful solutions, especially in Generative AI (GenAI) and eCommerce domains. Key Responsibilities: o Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and emerging technologies like GenAI. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- engineering, design, analytics, and business -- to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. o Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize features based on value and feasibility. o Lead Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery in a SAFe Agile environment. o Drive execution of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, cost, and security. o Ensure seamless end-to-end product delivery with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights, APIs, dashboards, and real-time ing mechanisms. o Work closely with geographically distributed teams and maintain high levels of communication, organization, and accountability. o Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies, release planning, and stakeholder communications. o Ensure compliance with QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and ISMS (ISO 27001) standards, including audit readiness. o Stay up to date with product trends and proactively identify opportunities for innovation, especially in AI and eCommerce landscapes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science with 6+ years of proven experience. Mandatory Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: o Minimum 6 years in software development, product ownership, or business analysis. o At least 1 year of experience in the SAFe framework. o Strong understanding of Agile principles, iterative development, and customer-first design. o Experience in defining and managing product backlogs, user stories, and release planning. o Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions involving APIs, dashboards, and real-time systems. o Ability to manage and collaborate with geographically distributed teams. o Hands-on experience with Non-Functional Requirements (performance, security, cost, etc.). o Proven ability to balance business and technical needs in fast-paced environments. o Exposure to GenAI applications and/or eCommerce platforms is a strong plus. Nice to Have Skills and Experience: o Familiarity with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence). o Knowledge of the Kanban framework; Scrum certifications are a plus. o Experience with QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and ISMS (ISO 27001) standards.
