Role description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with deep expertise in Mainframe technologies to lead and mentor project teams, drive successful migrations, and ensure high-quality software development. The role involves both technical leadership and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead application development using design patterns and proven solutions. Interpret designs to develop, test, debug, and document application features. Ensure performance, maintenance, and scalability of applications. Lead and support mainframe migration projects. Act as a subject matter expert for DB2, JCL, VSAM, and COBOL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution. Validate results with users and ensure smooth integration. Review code, test cases, design documents, and configuration plans. Mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive team engagement, customer satisfaction, and compliance training. ###
