Job Title: SAP RTR Consultant (CO)
Experience Range: 812 Years
Hiring Location: Bengaluru, India (On-site)
Must-Have Skills:
SAP FICO Expertise: Deep knowledge in Controlling (CO), including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
S/4 HANA Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience working with SAP S/4 HANA Simple Finance and Central Finance (CFIN).
End-to-End Implementations: Must have worked on at least two full-cycle implementations of FI-CO processes in SAP projects.
Integration Experience: Strong integration skills with SAP FI, SD, MM, and CO modules.
Experience in Multi-Location Projects: Ability to work in multi-location setups and report across diverse hierarchies.
Solution Design & Testing: Experience in scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, unit testing (Black-box and White-box), SIT, and UAT.
RICEF Objects: Proven ability to design RICEF objects, develop detailed design documents, and handle unit testing and migrations.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with functional teams and clients.
Hands-on Experience: Practical knowledge in handling interfaces, RTR customizations, and cutover/migration activities.
Good-to-Have Skills:
S/4 HANA Certification: Certification in SAP S/4 HANA would be an added advantage.
AO & Fiori: Knowledge of AO (Analysis for Office) and Fiori Reporting Tools would be beneficial.
Costing Expertise: In-depth experience in Account-Based Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing (MTO, MTS, and Actual costing).
