Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Experience Range: 8xe2x80x939 Years
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Trivandrum & Kochi
Must-Have Skills:

• 8xe2x80x939 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs
• Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of:

• Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design patterns
• Salesforce data model and security model
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience leading development teams and enforcing coding standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Agent Force and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience with trigger frameworks, CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, and performance tuning
• Experience with Version Control Systems like Git
• Exposure to Salesforce releases and the ability to evaluate and adopt new features

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Enforce coding best practices and maintain development standards.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex integrations with external systems.
• Drive adoption of out-of-the-box Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure test coverage, code quality, and maintain release pipelines.
• Act as a coordination point for offshore/onshore teams and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce solution performance.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancement strategies.

Certifications:
Mandatory:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce App Builder

Preferred:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer
• AI Associate / Data Cloud / Agentforce Specialist (latest certifications)
