Job Title: Salesforce Developer (with Vlocity)
Experience Range: 6-10 years
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kochi, Noida and Trivandrum
Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Experience in custom application development on the Salesforce platform
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party services
• Solid understanding of data modeling, SOQL, and data integrity principles
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce performance optimization and scalability techniques
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Vlocity (OmniStudio) components such as DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts
• Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Vlocity Developer)
• Knowledge of deployment strategies, sandbox management, and version control

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Vlocity.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Design complex data models and ensure optimal data management practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Review code to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality.
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture and solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements
