Required 3+ years' experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Experienced in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate Development with Latest MS updates Experienced in C# based Plugin Development, Configuration, Deployment and Debugging Experieed in JS, HTML development in related to D365 apps Experienced in .net development and Deployment Experienced in Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions for CRM Extension developments Understanding of D365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service Process Overall practical experience of min 2 end to end D365 implementation

Roles & Responsibilities




Designing and implementing customized solutions within the MS D365 CRM environment. Develop and deploy custom workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems Performing configuration, customization, and integration tasks related to the system. Conducting testing and validation of the solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations. Good understanding about business requirements and Analyze, Design, plan and develop solutions. Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff. Should be able to handle work independently. Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environmen

Project Details





Set of MS Dynamics 365 based projects which include Custom Pages for Inquiry Screens, Order management, Claim Management, Field service operations, Contact center Operations with real time API's and Data Integration with surrounding Systems. This system will be used by the Dealers, Sales companies, ASC's , Customer care and SONY Admin users to manage sales & service operations of SONY
