We are seeking a seasoned JFrog Administrator with strong hands-on experience managing JFrog SaaS and Xrayenvironments, certificate management, and cross-platform (Windows/Linux) system administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of JFrog Artifactory and Xray across global enterprise environments, ensuring security, performance, and reliability of our DevSecOps ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain JFrog Artifactory (SaaS and Self-Hosted) including repository configuration, user/group management, permissions, replication, cleanup policies, and upgrades.
Implement and manage JFrog Xray for vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle procurement, installation, renewal, and troubleshooting across environments.
Integrate JFrog platform with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and SSO/LDAP for secure authentication and access control.
Ensure high availability and performance of JFrog services by monitoring system health and resource utilization.
Maintain system security and compliance by applying patches, managing certificates, and auditing configurations.
Support both Windows and Linux environments for build agents, servers, and integrations.
Collaborate with DevOps, AppSec, and Cloud teams to ensure secure artifact and dependency management practices.
Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts for administrative tasks.
Participate in periodic disaster recovery and upgrade planning for JFrog services.
Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of IT experience with focus on DevOps/DevSecOps platform administration.
3+ years hands-on experience with JFrog Artifactory (preferably SaaS) and JFrog Xray administration.
Strong understanding of JFrog repositories, replication, cleanup, access tokens, API usage, and Xray policy/rule setup.
Proven experience with certificate management and SSL/TLS installation in enterprise environments.
Solid experience with Windows and Linux system administration user management, services, network configurations, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
Working knowledge of security scanning integrations and artifact lifecycle management.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Good to Have: Experience with JFrog Pipelines, JFrog CLI, or JFrog Distribution.
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with container image scanning or SCA (Software Composition Analysis) tools.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
JFrog or Linux administration certifications preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
