Role description

Role- Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Exp-6-12 years



Design and improve IT infrastructure to accelerate releases to market by building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, and automating development and release processes.

Collaborate with QA teams to drive performance testing and benchmarking, assessing system performance and reliability.

Optimize release cycles by recommending enhancements to existing processes.

Monitor and document time-to-market and time-to-minimize metrics, sharing insights with stakeholders.

Ensure security is integral to all DevOps processes.

Requirements:

Total experience: 7-8 years 5+ years of experience as an Automation/DevOps engineer in scalable production environments, preferably on AWS 5+ years of programming and infrastructure development experience Expertise with AWS cloud technologies, API and microservices development, scripting, container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Docker), MongoDB, Postgres, and Terraform Solid knowledge of Agile and DevOps processes, software development lifecycle, and tools for backlog management and iteration tracking (e.g., Azure DevOps) Familiarity with CI/CD, including continuous integration environments like Jenkins Experience with source code management (e.g., Git) and repository hosting platforms (e.g., GitHub) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent work experience Experience working in both waterfall and Agile methodologies
