Job Description

:
We're looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to design, build, and scale automation pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll lead Agile teams, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end DevOps practices to improve speed, reliability, and security of deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor DevOps engineers; resolve complex issues and optimize workflows.
Design, build, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo).
Automate infrastructure provisioning/configuration (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, scripting).
Drive containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and support cloud migrations.
Ensure compliance and security integration (DevSecOps tools, GDPR, OWASP).
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver faster, more reliable releases.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineering.
Strong in scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell, Groovy).
Hands-on with CI/CD, infra automation, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Skilled in Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Maven, Nexus/Artifactory.
Solid troubleshooting skills across distributed and cloud environments.
Nice to Have
Cloud/DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in large-scale cloud migrations & distributed systems.
Knowledge of security automation and compliance tools.
