Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead platform governance and adoption initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in administration, customization, security, and automation of enterprise collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint site collections, libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions.
Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, working with Microsoft Support and internal teams to resolve incidents.
Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps to increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best practices for platform administration and user support.
Perform regular health checks, usage analysis, and capacity planning for SharePoint and OneDrive environments.
Lead migrations and integration projects involving SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform tools.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior administrators and users on platform capabilities and best practices.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and emerging technologies, advising on improvements or new features. Required Skills and Qualifications:
8-10 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online administration and OneDrive management within enterprise environments.
Provide tier-2/tier-3 support for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, including Conditional Access, DLP, and Information Protection.
Experience with SharePoint site architecture, permissions management, search configuration, and customization.
Familiarity with PowerShell/PnP scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for connectivity, performance, and integration issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business users.
Experience with migration tools and processes for SharePoint content and workflows.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, or SharePoint certification) are preferred. Who You Are

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, customize solutions, and improve user adoption and trainings.
Implement governance policies, compliance controls, and security settings aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Advanced knowledge of the O365 Microsoft platform components.
