Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Cloud Developer

to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable cloud-based solutions. This role includes cloud infrastructure management, automation, troubleshooting, mentoring junior team members, and driving operational excellence across cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Design & Development

Architect and develop secure, scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement cloud-native applications, microservices, and infrastructure as code.

Incident & Problem Management

Resolve enterprise trouble tickets within SLA and lead escalated issue resolution. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. Collaborate with stakeholders and escalate high-priority incidents for swift resolution.

Automation & Scripting

Automate cloud operations and infrastructure using Python and scripting tools. Design rollout and rollback plans for changes and ensure adherence to change management processes.

Process Improvement & Documentation

Update SOPs and Knowledge Base (KB) with new troubleshooting methods and findings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning and compliance.

Collaboration & Mentoring

Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, infra, and security teams. Mentor new team members and provide technical leadership in projects and escalations.

Must Have Skills:

Strong experience with

Cloud platforms

: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficiency in

Python

for automation and scripting tasks. In-depth understanding of

cloud computing

infrastructure as code

DevOps practices

. Experience in resolving

cloud-based production issues

and performing

root cause analysis

. Familiarity with

ITIL practices

and incident/problem/change management workflows. Hands-on experience in

cloud security

monitoring tools

service management platforms

like ServiceNow.

Knowledge of

networking concepts

(BGP, static/dynamic routing, load balancers). Familiarity with

storage & backup technologies

SLA and OLA adherence for tickets and changes. Reduction in incident backlog and repeat incidents. Number of SOP/KB updates and successful change implementations. Completion of mandatory training and contribution to team mentorship. ###
