Role description

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in any discipline;

Master's degree

in a related field is a plus.

9+ years of experience

as a Business Analyst with strong emphasis on

Healthcare domain

projects.

10+ years of total industry experience

in IT or Business Consulting. Strong knowledge of

Healthcare processes

, regulations, claims processing, and standards (e.g., HIPAA, EDI). Hands-on experience with tools like

JIRA, Confluence

, and other Agile lifecycle tools. Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

and interpersonal skills. Proven expertise in

eliciting and documenting requirements

, conducting gap analysis, and managing stakeholders. Ability to drive

collaboration across business and IT teams

. Prior experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with

HealthEdge platform

and ability to map features to business needs. Experience in

payer systems
