The Opportunity:

The Lead Identity Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of high-quality Identity and Access Management services, adhering to Simeio's standards and best practices. The ideal Candidate would have experience primarily in SailPoint to serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams that assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The ability to take up challenges, adapt to the business needs, and stay focused on delivering results is essential to the success of this role.


At present, the services fall under one of the following eight (8) categories, which are delivered via Identity as a Service Solutions (IDAAS):
Access Governance Identity Administration Privileged Identity Access Management & Federation Core Directory Services Security & Risk Intelligence Data Security & Loss Prevention
Cloud Security

Key Accountabilities:

Installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments. Communicating with clients and partners on aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation. Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Working with clients post-implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance.
Assisting with management of project scope, schedule, status, and documentation

Must Have Requisites:

7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience. Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL. Experience with the following technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web, and Application Servers. Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms. Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.). Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
