About the role:
The Lead Identity Engineer (Oracle Adaptive Access Manager Developer) will be responsible for designing, integrating, upgrading, and supporting Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions, with a strong focus on OAAM, OAM, and related technologies. This role is based in Bangalore (Hybrid) and involves working closely with clients to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing IAM solutions.
What You'll Do:

• Integrate OAAM with Oracle Identity Management, Web SSO, and third-party applications.
• Perform integration activities across SDLC lifecycle in lower environments.
• Upgrade Oracle OAM to 14c and manage operations and demand-related activities.
• Develop integration design documents and execute performance tuning of Access Management solutions.
• Configure Single Sign-On services and manage web servers like Apache, Tomcat, and WebLogic.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
• Ensure secure credential entry using OAAM virtual authentication devices (TextPad, KeyPad, PinPad).
• Support application security from both enterprise and cloud perspectives.
• Participate in global support initiatives and maintain consistent infrastructure delivery.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle IAM tools: OAM, OAAM, OUD (12c and 14c).
• Deep understanding of OAAM architecture, deployment, and integration strategies.
• Experience in integrating web applications via OAM and external applications via SAML and Identity Federation.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Expertise in AD, LDAP, DB concepts, and UNIX/Linux scripting.
• Solid knowledge of SAML, PKI, Kerberos, and other identity concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of IAM solutions.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and identity verification algorithms.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
