The Identity Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Identity infrastructure, including servers and software. The Identity Engineer will also collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Job Experience Requirements:
Experience with managing advanced components of Active Directory - group policy, DNS, ADSS, PKI, Azure AD
Expertise with IAM fundamentals - RBAC, PAM, Auditing, SSO
Familiarity with Identity and access management tools like SailPoint and Azure AD
Knowledge of identity frameworks, as well as the deployment of various identity models within a large enterprise setting
Comfortable writing scripts with Powershell
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential security risks and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
Broad understanding of cybersecurity including identity stores, authentication / authorization, strong authentication, & privileged access management capabilities and methodologies
Drives the standards and systems architecture to support Identity & Access Management.
Responsible for reporting on Identity and systems compliance across the organization and timely certification of compliance.
Understands the business and technical requirements to design solutions from a business and technical viewpoint.

Advance expertise with Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, and Cloud computing.
Experience with Identity and access management tools like SailPoint, OKTA, Azure AD, Single Sign-On, etc.
Knowledge of identity frameworks the deployment of various identity models within a large enterprise setting
Scripting Expertise in languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
