Role description




Job Title:

Workday HRIS Reporting Consultant



Job Responsibilities





The role is within the

HR Functional area

and is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics solutions in Workday. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability.



Key Responsibilities:




Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT, Dashboards, Discovery Boards). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define report specifications, and ensure data accuracy. Develop and support analytics datasets and reports using

Workday Prism Analytics

. Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability. Consult with business partners regarding system reports, integrations, and technology implementations. Ensure compliance with

data privacy and security

requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on

Workday reporting best practices

. Partner with functional teams to support reporting needs during system upgrades, implementations, or module rollouts. Maintain documentation of report inventories, processes, and standards.

Qualification:




Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Workday Reporting certification is an added advantage.

Experience:




Minimum

3-4 years of hands-on experience

with Workday reporting tools. Experience in at least

one end-to-end Workday implementation project

.

Skills & Competencies:




Strong understanding of the

Workday data model and business objects

. Proficiency in

BIRT Reporting

. Practical experience in Workday reporting, HR data migration, and/or integrations. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with expertise in HR analytics and reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills to functional, management, and client audiences. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Program Management tools, and MS Office.
