Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Functional Consultant with workday modules experience in Core HCM, Talent Optimization, Benefits, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of HR business processes, and a proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including advanced configuration of Core HCM, Talent Optimization, Benefits, Payroll modules etc.

Strong understanding of HR business processes including: Talent Management (goal setting, reviews, succession).

Compensation and Benefits Planning, Payroll processes and integrations.

Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards).

Knowledge of Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Good to have:

Workday certifications in Talent & Performance, Payroll, or Benefits. Experience in global Workday deployments across multiple geographies. Familiarity with SOX compliance, HIPAA, and other data privacy regulations. Experience working in agile environments and using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
