Job Title:

Workday HRIS Consultant - Compensation




Job Responsibility



The

Workday Compensation Consultant

operates within the HR functional area, serving as the key liaison between business and IT to translate complex business requirements into effective Workday solutions. The role requires proficiency in both technical and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate the implications of Workday configurations and enhancements on current and future business environments.


Key Responsibilities:




Gather, analyze, and influence HRIS business application requirements to support complex business processes. Design, develop, and maintain Workday Compensation solutions. Define project tasks for HRIS, contribute to business project plans, identify SMEs, and coordinate resources across the organization. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and validated through testing. Consult with business stakeholders on Workday Compensation and related HRIS applications, integrations, and implementations. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for end-users, resolving functional and system-related issues.

Qualification:




Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Workday Certification is an added advantage.

Experience:




Minimum

3-4 years of functional Workday experience

, with strong expertise in

Workday Compensation

module. Experience in at least

one end-to-end Workday implementation project

.

Skills & Competencies:

is a strong advantage. Experience in at least one

. Practical exposure to

Workday projects involving HR data migration and/or integrations

. Strong consulting and client-facing skills with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with functional, management, and client audiences. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, Program Management tools, and MS Office.
