:Role Proficiency:Design innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs across two or more platforms under the guidance of UX Specialist/ Lead IIOutcomes: * Take ideas and concepts and visualize them in such a way that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders partners and customers

• Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite complexity of the system
• Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions UI specifications wireframes and visual designs for projects.
• Function as part of a cross-functional design team and employ a user-centric design methodology to develop new and derivative user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate effectively with other designers UI Architect Product management and Development team.
• Assists lead to mentor and support team
• Works on moderately complex projects/tasks.
• Assists collaboration with business development research and prototyping and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions
• Collects reviews and may assist in refining client requirements.
• Communicates analysis recommendations and potential design solutions verbally and through documentation to the project team.
• Assists team to stay on top of new trends in usability.
• Assist in researching best practices in Web Desktop and Mobile application design.
• Assists team in adhering to standards and processes.
• Assists team to collect UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience.
