Proven hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
Strong development experience with:
Apex triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs
Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Auto-Launched Flows
Lightning App Builder, Lightning Record Pages, and Dynamic Forms
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) for integrations
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and deployment lifecycle
Salesforce Field Service (FSL):
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Field Service managed package
Experience customizing the FSL Mobile App, including offline features and custom LWCs
Knowledge of Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Work Rules
Cloud Expertise:
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Ability to explain end-to-end configuration and implementation
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders

Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions
Customize Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation tools
Develop custom Lightning Web Components and Screen Flows to enhance field technician experience
Implement business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and FSL-specific automation
Configure and customize FSL features such as Scheduling Policies, Service Objectives, and Work Rules
Support integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and other developers to gather and implement technical requirements
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
Work in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and suggest adoption of relevant features
Provide UAT and production support, ensuring platform performance and stability
Monitor and resolve production issues, identify optimizations, and implement enhancements
