Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Level 2 Support team within the US Healthcare Claims domain. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, hands-on experience with issue reproduction and root cause analysis, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare Claims systems and support workflows. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: o Provide Level 2 support for production issues related to Claims systems. o Analyze and reproduce customer-reported issues and provide detailed documentation to the development team. o Perform impact analysis and support validation of defect fixes in lower environments before promotion to production. o Collaborate with L1 support, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA. o Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and troubleshoot backend-related issues. o Maintain and update test cases and regression suites as per new enhancements and fixes. o Track issues using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. o Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and document preventive steps for recurring issues. o Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy standards. o Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation. o Open to work in shifts 1430 to 2330 HRS IST and also on call during weekdays / weekends (rotation basis) ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. o 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst with L2 support or production support background. o Experience in healthcare domain, especially premium claim processes, is highly preferred. o Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. o Solid understanding of QA concepts, defect lifecycle, and testing techniques. o Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. o Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Postman. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
