Role description




Role Proficiency:



Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverage



Outcomes:



Create Test Estimates and Schedules

Identify business processes conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage

Ensure adherence of processes and standards

Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports for evidence of testing

Publish RCA reports and preventive measures

Report progress of testing

Contribute for Revenue savings for client by suggesting alternate method

: We are looking for a skilled Performance Engineer / Lead with strong experience in performance tuning and configuration within the Data domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across large-scale data systems, databases, and ETL pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize performance of data platforms, databases, and ETL jobs Conduct performance benchmarking, tuning, and capacity planning Configure and fine-tune data systems (e.g., SQL/NoSQL databases, big data platforms) Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure scalable and efficient data solutions Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for data performance engineering Requirements: Performance Engineer / Lead would be someone who has done performance configuration but in Data area. Proven experience in performance engineering with a focus on data systems Strong understanding of data infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
