Role description

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with 7+ years of experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate has at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation frameworks, programming languages, and CI/CD tools. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Selenide, Cucumber, RestAssured, and Appium Write and maintain automation code in Java and JavaScript Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API layers Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to requirement reviews and 3 Amigos sessions Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure comprehensive test coverage Document defects, perform root cause analysis, and track quality metrics Continuously improve test coverage, test efficiency, and automation reliability Must-Have Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in software testing, including 4+ years in test automation Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as: Selenium / Selenide Cucumber RestAssured Appium Hands-on experience with Java and JavaScript for writing automation code Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools Desirable Skills: Experience testing microservices and performing integration testing using WireMock or similar tools Familiarity with cross-browser testing tools like SauceLabs Understanding of accessibility testing principles and tools Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD Experience with test reporting tools such as Allure Reports or Report Portal Awareness of performance testing techniques Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Datadog Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
