We are seeking an experienced

PeopleSoft Financials Techno-Functional Developer

to join our Enterprise Engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both technical development and functional processes, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain key PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including:

+ Accounts Payable (AP)
+ Accounts Receivable (AR)
+ General Ledger (GL)
+ Asset Management (AM)
+ Project Costing (PC)
+ Billing (BI)
Design and implement technical solutions using:

+ PeopleCode
+ Application Engine
+ SQR
+ BI Publisher
+ Component Interfaces
+ Integration Broker
Perform impact analysis and retrofitting for PeopleTools and FSCM upgrades Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle:

+ Requirements gathering
+ Technical design
+ Development
+ Testing
+ Deployment
+ Documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and requirements Develop integrations with external systems using standard protocols (REST/SOAP) Ensure adherence to internal development standards, security, and audit compliance (e.g., SOX) Maintain accurate technical documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with at least 7 years in FSCM modules Strong command of PeopleTools 8.5x+ and technologies including:

+ PeopleCode
+ Application Engine
+ Component Interfaces
+ Integration Broker
+ SQR
Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning Functional knowledge of financial modules: GL, AP, AR, AM, PC, BI Experience with PeopleSoft application upgrades, patches, and retrofitting Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team Excellent written and verbal communication skills
