Key Responsibilities & Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions using

Java/J2EE

following

multi-tier architecture

. Strong proficiency in frameworks such as

Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate

. Demonstrated proficiency in

architectural principles

and

design patterns

for enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience developing solutions in one or more cloud environments:

AWS, GCP, or Azure

(mandatory). Good knowledge of

cloud-native compute, storage, and networking services

(preferred). Strong understanding of

APIs, Web Services, Microservices

, and familiarity with

API Management Gateways

. Hands-on experience with

RDBMS

such as

Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

. Knowledge of

NoSQL databases

is desirable. Solid understanding of

CI/CD concepts

and experience with tools such as: Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, Maven, Gradle, Rundeck Strong understanding of

security principles

across all phases of the

SDLC

, including code security. Ability to work effectively in a

fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven

environment. Proven ability to

lead teams of 10-15 members

to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions to production. Experience mentoring team members, guiding them to build

high-quality, scalable solutions

, and troubleshooting issues. Experience analyzing

user stories

, providing

effort estimates

, and ensuring timely delivery as a team. Hands-on experience across the

full project lifecycle

, from requirements gathering to production support. Ability to

learn and adapt quickly

to new transformation technology stacks. Strong exposure to

Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe)

development methodologies.
