Role description

- DevOps Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a

DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer

What You will Do

Build and maintain end-to-end

CI/CD solutions

across the DevOps lifecycle. Onboard, configure, and maintain

infrastructure components

for the platform. Develop and maintain

DevOps tooling

and automation processes to reduce manual effort and optimize efficiency. Plan, coordinate, and manage

release cycles

for various project components. Drive

environment stability initiatives

and enable adoption of automation in alignment with infrastructure and software hygiene standards. Implement

observability and telemetry solutions

using cloud-native and open-source tools. Collaborate with global stakeholders, team members, and RPE to foster an inclusive and positive working environment.

What You will Bring (Required Skills)

Strong understanding of

Linux/Unix systems

, OS fundamentals, and networking concepts. Hands-on experience with

Python

and

Bash scripting

. Expertise in modern DevOps tools and practices:

+ Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
+ Autosys
+ Observability tools: Splunk, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana
+

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

: Terraform, Ansible
Experience in setting up and maintaining

cloud and on-prem infrastructure

for large-scale platforms. Proven experience in implementing

CI/CD pipelines

and handling

production releases

. Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Good understanding of

distributed systems

What you'll bring to the role Required: o Strong understanding of Linux systems, OS fundamentals & networking. o Strong scripting experience in Python and Bash. o Experience with modern DevOps tools and practices including Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Autosys, Observability tooling (such as Splunk, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, etc.), IaC (Terraform), Ansible, etc. o Experience in procuring and maintaining both cloud and on-prem infrastructure for large platforms. o Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and PROD releases. o Hands-on with any of the public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). o Understanding of modern distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) o Good analytical capability, logical problem-solving skills and be ability to work in a fast-paced environment. o Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. o Willingness to learn new systems and technologies. Desired: o Experience in data domains and ETL workflows. o Familiarity with data stacks such as Kafka, Databricks, and Snowflake. o Ability to write SQL queries. o Knowledge of financial products. Qualifications o Bachelor's Degree in CS or related fields.
