Role description

o 7+ years of experience in Health care domain Skills. Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in working on PEGA o Reviewing the work of other developers/testers with the best technical / Functional Knowledge and approaches, providing feedback accordingly o Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning. o Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers. o Knowledge of Agile process o Tech lead is responsible/accountable for all the deliverables within the team o Should be proactive and ensure the deliverable commitments are met on time with defined quality o Guide the team in all Functional and Technical glitches or any functional need assisting them in the right direction o Proactively anticipate the risk and come up with a timely mitigation plan o Ensure the team is productive. o Motivate team members to perform more, provide opportunities for the individuals to prove their skills, motivate the team to work on values adds/ innovative thoughts/ automation /Process ideas o Suggest and organize team building activities o Effective planning and Utilization of associates o Complete hiring and onboarding on time and ensure associates are productive per defined timelines. o Conducting effective 1:1 discussion with associates, understanding team/Individuals' concerns, Deliverable concerns, and act accordingly Primary Skill Set o 7+ years of experience in PEGA and o Experience in developing solutions with Pega PRPC, ideally coupled with a Pega CSSA certification and LSA preferred o Hand-on experience on HealthCare Domain & Frameworks. o Advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features. o Experience documenting requirements, functional design and leading test execution o Experience in guiding the project teams in developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
