Work Model: HybridJob Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 57 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in core financial modules including AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management, with a track record of successful end-to-end implementations and the ability to manage functional configurations and client interactions effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financial modules including AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Contribute to at least two full lifecycle implementations or rollouts involving Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Work with key business users to perform Unit Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Handle master and transactional data migration using FBDI/ADFDI templates and resolve related issues.
• Understand and configure enterprise structures, CoA (Chart of Accounts), Hierarchies, and FlexFields.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules: AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Good understanding of GL, Intercompany, Expense Management, and Procurement (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of functional setup, configurations, and testing procedures.
• Proficient in data upload tools like FBDI/ADFDI.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Oracle GL module.
• Exposure to managed services or lift-and-shift projects.
