Role description

Role Proficiency:

JD We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr.Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role requires strong technical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business functions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Perform statistical analysis to support business strategies and measure performance. Document processes, methodologies, and data definitions for clarity and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, and management. Monitor data quality and suggest improvements in data collection and analysis methods. Skillset Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ year experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Ideate, prototype, experiment, and build analytical solutions using GCP tools and technologies Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Proficient in Python and SQL, and familiar with other programming languages and tools Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. Passionate about data science, health care Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
