Roles and Responsibilities:
Application Development & Design:
Develop, configure, and customize TRIRIGA workflows, forms, modules, reports, and dashboards.
Interpret feature/component designs and translate them into quality code aligned with specifications and design principles.
Utilize and enforce design patterns and best practices in development to optimize performance and maintainability.
Technical Leadership:
Guide developers in understanding business requirements and transforming them into technical deliverables.
Review code and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior developers.
Make decisions on reusing or customizing components to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
Testing & Documentation:
Write and review unit test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.
Review functional and technical design documents, checklists, and process templates.
Provide clarification and defect triage support to the QA/testing team.
Project and Team Management:
Lead delivery of modules and manage associated user stories.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and mitigation for technical issues and defect trends.
Estimate time, effort, and resources for new features and support tasks.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Conduct product demos and design walkthroughs with customers.
Address client queries, support requirement clarifications, and suggest impactful solutions.
Actively seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and product value.
Configuration and Release Management:
Define and enforce configuration management practices.
Oversee and execute release processes and ensure successful deployment.
Knowledge and Compliance:
Mentor team members, set FAST goals, and ensure training compliance.
Consume and contribute to project libraries and documentation portals.
Obtain relevant domain and technology certifications to maintain expertise.

Must-Have Skills:
IBM TRIRIGA:
+ Strong hands-on experience in configuring and customizing TRIRIGA PM-Lease Management, Construction Management (CM), and Facilities Maintenance (FM) modules.
+ In-depth understanding of TRIRIGA workflows, forms, approval flows, and data management tools (Data Connect, Data Integrator).
+ Experience in TRIRIGA System Administration and Monitoring.
Java & Backend Development:
+ Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
+ Experience in integrating TRIRIGA with other enterprise subsystems.
Database & Scripting:
+ Strong knowledge of Oracle DB and PL/SQL.
Software Engineering Best Practices:
+ Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and DevOps principles.
+ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code optimization skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Lease Accounting processes (e.g., Index Adjustment Calculator, Percentage Rent, Payment Journal Entries).
Exposure to Maintenance Management (Corrective and Preventive Maintenance).
Experience with property provider configuration and master data management.
Familiarity with modern development environments (IDE), RAD tools, and modelling languages.
Certification in TRIRIGA, Java, or domain-related technologies.
