Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Software Engineer

with extensive experience in IBM TRIRIGA and front-end development using ReactJS. The ideal candidate will act creatively to develop scalable enterprise applications, optimize performance, and guide junior team members. This role requires in-depth domain expertise in real estate and facilities management systems along with strong software engineering fundamentals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Interpret application/component designs and translate them into functional software solutions. Develop, test, debug, and document software components/features in alignment with the design. Select appropriate design patterns and optimize reusability and performance through innovative solutions.

Technical Ownership:

Evaluate and implement efficient development strategies (e.g., reusing existing components or building new ones). Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborate with customers to clarify requirements and present design solutions and demos.

Documentation & Testing:

Create and review templates, checklists, design documents, and development standards. Develop and review unit test cases and support the QA team with clarifications and test plan validation.

Project and Team Management:

Manage module delivery, oversee defect RCA and trend analysis, and contribute to risk mitigation. Guide and mentor team members, set performance goals (FAST goals), and foster team engagement. Provide input for project estimations and participate in release planning and execution.

Domain Relevance & Customer Interaction:

Leverage deep understanding of the IBM TRIRIGA domain (PM-Lease, CM/FM, Maintenance Management). Gain customer domain expertise and suggest value additions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through consistent and quality deliverables.
