Role description

Role Proficiency:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with deep experience in React, Node.js, C#, JavaScript, and expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services while ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will also be responsible for driving DevOps adoption, development best practices, and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers across frontend and backend technologies. Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and C#. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps practices for faster delivery. Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automation. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing code for speed and scalability. Work on both greenfield and existing projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Drive engineering best practices including Agile methodologies, TDD, and code documentation. Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical leadership across multiple projects. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Proficient in Node.js and C# (.NET Core) for backend development. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. Experience working with databases like SQL Server, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc. Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Certifications in Azure/AWS/DevOps (preferred but not mandatory).
