Role description

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented ETL Developer to join our team. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ETL development and SQL programming to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines. Exposure to Snowflake and Falcon is a plus.



Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract. transform and load data from various sources into data warehouses.

Write efficient, optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ETL pipelines.

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Document technical specifications, ETL workflows, and processes.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.


Must Have Skills:


3-7 years of hands-on experience in ETL development.

Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, tuning, debugging)

Experience with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

Good understanding of data modeling, schema design and normalization.


Good to Have Skills:


Knowledge of Snowflake cloud data platform.

Exposure to Falcon.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

Experience with scheduling/orchestration tools.

Basic understanding of Python or Shell scripting for automation.
