Position Description
We are looking for a strong Java Full Stack Developer to join our RIM team and contribute to delivering key initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess solid UI development skills and strong backend expertise, along with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technical and business domains. Experience in finance or legal operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
You will work in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment alongside a global team of innovative and experienced developers, building cutting-edge solutions using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust, scalable web applications
Write clean, efficient, and optimized code using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Node.js
Implement backend services using Java, Spring, and Hibernate
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to define, design, and ship new features
Package and deploy web applications using DevOps tools such as Jenkins and TeamCity
Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality
Perform end-to-end testing using frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers
Skills Required
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in web application development
Proficiency in Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js
Strong Java programming experience
Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and layered/component-based architectures
Good understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins, TeamCity)
Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, query tuning, and general database concepts
Experience in unit testing and test automation frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skillsxe2x80x94verbal and written
Strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a team player attitude
Desirable Skills
Experience in finance or legal operations
Exposure to Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Python or Perl
Familiarity with XML-based technologies

Prior experience in finance or legal operations will be useful, however, the ability and willingness to quickly master new technical and business concepts will be considered. The applicant will be working with an energetic team of highly intellectual and creative developers who work on bleeding edge projects using a variety of different technologies. Skills Required: - 5 to 7 years of hands on experience designing web applications. Should be able to write optimized, efficient, and clean code using Angular HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, NodeJS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate should be able to design and then implement solutions. - DevOps knowledge packaging and deploying web applications using Jenkins, Teamcity etc. - Team player with strong attitude and work ethics. - Strong oral and written communication skills.
