Job Description


:Role Proficiency:Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others\' developmental activitiesOutcomes: * Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  • Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions
  • Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction

In this role, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for delivering and supporting world-class Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for clients across the globe. You will develop responsive frontend components and contribute to all aspects of the AEM Authoring experience including building pages in AEM, training authors, understanding website/ authoring issues and enhancement requests. You will leverage your strong technical skills in developing seamless and scalable solutions for premier engagements alongside industry experts. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Development and implementation of Digital experiences based on AEM product suites mainly with AEM Sites and Assets. 2. Should be able to effectively communicate with the client to understand requirements and propose solution design etc. 3. Design, develop and deploy components, templates, workflows etc on the AEM platform. 4. Should have sound understanding and experience on underlying AEM technologies like Sling, felix and JCR Oak. 5. Setup and configure AEM authoring, publish, and dispatcher environment with Adobe recommended best practices. 6. Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Forms, Target, Campaign, and other internal endpoints. 7. Should be able to mentor and guide folks within the team. 8. Integrate with front-end technologies and frameworks. 9. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries ( jQuery, Grunt, 10. Bootstrap etc.), and CSS is a plus. 11. Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/Cruise Control/Maven/GitHub) is preferred. Key Skills Required Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly. Preferred Qualifications and Experience 1. 4+ years of AEM experience with at least several full cycles of AEM implementation 2. Experience in design, development, integration and deployment of digital consumer experiences with AEM Platform. 3. Expertise in AEM and associated technologies such as Sling, OSGI, JCR 4. Experience with Java technologies and frameworks. 5. Experience with other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL etc. 6.
