- Salesforce System Analyst
Experience Range: 4-7 Years
Hiring Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Chennai/Kochi/Trivandrum/Bangalore
Must Have Skills

• Tech Stack Required: Salesforce, Data Cloud, Health Cloud
• Salesforce, Velocity, System Analysis, System Management
• 4-7 years of work experience as a System Analyst
• Experience analyzing current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in Salesforce
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Experience designing and configuring Salesforce solutions (custom fields, workflows, reports)
• Ability to identify functional gaps and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Experience managing the setup and configuration of Salesforce and its related applications
• Strong experience collaborating with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external consultants
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams
• Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills

Good to Have Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst certification is a plus)
• Interest in taking ownership of products and projects
• Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document evolving business needs
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in Salesforce
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the technical team
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom fields, workflows, and reports
• Identify functional gaps and create custom solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Manage the setup and configuration of Salesforce and related applications
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external consultants to deliver seamless solutions
• Work with project managers to monitor project status and ensure deliverables meet expectations
