Role description

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Interpret design specs and develop, test, debug, and document components/features.

Code Quality:

Write clean, standard-compliant code; conduct peer code reviews; minimize defects.

Testing & Validation:

Create/review unit tests, validate with end users, and support QA teams.

Release & Configuration:

Manage configuration plans and lead the release process.

Documentation:

Create/review templates, design documents, test cases, and development standards.

Design Contribution:

Support high-level and low-level design and application architecture.

Customer Interaction:

Clarify technical requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.

Team Leadership:

Set FAST goals, mentor developers, and ensure high team engagement and performance.

Project & Defect Management:

Estimate efforts, track delivery, perform RCA, and improve quality.

Knowledge Sharing:

Contribute to reusable assets, knowledge repositories, and domain expertise. ###
