: Experience: 5-8 Years
Location: Trivandrum / Kochi / Bangalore / Chennai/Hyderabad : We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead to design, develop, and optimize business applications using Pega 7.x and 8.x. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pega strategic frameworks (CS/CPM, SD), Case Management, Integration, and UI development. The candidate should also be proficient in Pega best practices and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. Must-Have Skills:
Pega Certifications: CSA and/or CSSA
Hands-on experience with Pega 7.x and 8.x
Experience in Pega LayerCake, Rule resolution, Inheritance, and Dynamic Class Referencing
Expertise in Pega UI development (HTML5, Section Rules)
Strong knowledge of Pega DataPages and case management
Hands-on experience in integration engine and connect rules
Proficiency in consuming and exposing REST, SOAP APIs
Experience with Flow Action, SLA, Correspondence, Data Transformation Rules, PRPC Security, Single-Sign-On, Listeners
Strong analytical skills with experience in Pega log analysis (PAL, Log Analyzer)
Experience in Pega Admin Studio for managing requestors and agents
Strong understanding of Pega best practices and multi-tenant architecture Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Pega strategic frameworks like CS (Customer Service), CPM (Customer Process Management), and SD (Smart Dispute)
• Experience in multi-tenancy architecture
• Experience with BIX framework for reporting
• Knowledge of Pega Custom Rule Type implementation
• Understanding of Jenkins CI/CD or Pega CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to multi-tenant architecture

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Pega applications based on business needs.
• Optimize application performance and scalability while ensuring security compliance.
• Develop and enhance Pega case management solutions with advanced UI components.
• Implement and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and other connectors.
• Analyze Pega logs and troubleshoot application issues using PAL and Log Analyzer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and technical requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality development.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega advancements and implement best practices.
