Leadership & Responsibilities


Lead the

design, architecture, and implementation

of enterprise IAM solutions. Act as a

technical SME

for Ping Identity and IAM-related initiatives. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level IAM engineers. Drive IAM standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks across teams. Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable identity services. Participate in architectural reviews, security assessments, and production readiness reviews. Own IAM delivery timelines, technical risks, and solution quality.
