Role description

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between

Workday

and

ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

to enable seamless HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support integrations using

Workday SPOKE, Workday Studio

,

EIBs

,

Core Connectors

and

Workday Web Services

. Implement secure, scalable APIs and middleware solutions. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure compliance with data security standards.

Required Skills

Strong experience with

Workday integration tools

and

ServiceNow HRSD

.

Expertise in Workday Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub

. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs. Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Overall exp - 8+years 6+ years of Workday and HRSD integration experience and especially using Workday SPOKE. Preferred: Certifications in Workday Integration or Studio.
