Job Title: Sr Salesforce Developer
Experience Range: 5-7 Years Total IT Experience (Minimum 3-4 Years in Salesforce Development)
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum
Must-Have Skills

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development, configuration, and administration
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows - Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched
• Deep knowledge of Lightning App Builder, Lightning Record Pages, and Dynamic Forms
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience in Salesforce administration, including reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, with experience in REST/SOAP APIs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global (onsite/offshore) teams

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Experience Cloud (Community)
• Familiarity with Agent Force and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks supporting LWC
• Understanding of trigger frameworks, clean code practices, and reusability
• Exposure to Salesforce release cycles, new feature adoption, and CI/CD processes
• Middleware integration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic tools
• Create and maintain Apex triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and API integrations
• Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Build custom Salesforce UI components, reports, dashboards, and automation
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high-quality documentation
• Integrate Salesforce with internal/external systems via middleware and APIs
• Provide UAT support, deployment assistance, and post-deployment monitoring
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, tools, and industry trends
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies - sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Key Role Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Salesforce data/security models, deployment tools, and environment management
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments and manage production support responsibilities
• Ability to explain end-to-end implementation for past Salesforce projects (a must for senior developers)
